The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding, a.s., with its registered seat in Prague (the “Company\"), hereby informs that both Supervisory Board and the Company has received the resignation letter dated on April 9, 2014 of Mr. Tomas Prosek, a Member of the Management Board. Legal basis: Article 3, Section 2, Point 11 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
