| W nawiązaniu do raportu nr 25/2020 z dnia 16 kwietnia 2020 roku, Zarząd i2 Development S.A. (dalej: Emitent) informuje, iż w dniu 22 kwietnia 2020 roku podjął uchwałę w sprawie umorzenia 2.500 sztuk obligacji serii I Emitenta, o wartości nominalnej 1.000,00 zł (słownie: jeden tysiąc złotych) każda i łącznej wartości nominalnej 2.500.000,00 zł (słownie: dwa miliony pięćset tysięcy złotych), które zostały nabyte przez Emitenta w dniu 16 kwietnia 2020 roku. Obligacje zarejestrowane są w Krajowym Depozycie Papierów Wartościowych (dalej: KDPW) pod kodem PLO222400015. W związku z powyższym Emitent zwróci się do KDPW z prośbą umorzenie przedmiotowych obligacji zgodnie z obowiązującymi regulaminami i procedurami przyjętymi przez KDPW. Po przeprowadzeniu umorzenia przez KDPW, ilość obligacji oznaczonych ww. kodem wynosić będzie 7.500 sztuk (słownie: siedem tysięcy pięćset). |

| UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION: Current report No. 27/2020 Date of preparation: 2020-04-23 Short name of the issuer: i2 Development S.A. Subject: Resolution of the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. on the redemption of series I own bonds Legal basis: Article 17 para. 1 MAR - confidential information With reference to report No. 25/2020 of April 16, 2020, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. (hereinafter: the Issuer) informs that on April 22, 2020 adopted a resolution on the redemption of 2,500 Series I Issuer bonds, with a nominal value of PLN 1,000.00 (in words: one thousand zlotys) each and a total nominal value of PLN 2,500,000,00 (in words: two million five hundred thousand zlotys), which were acquired by the Issuer on April 16, 2020. The bonds are registered in the National Depository for Securities (hereinafter: KDPW) under the code PLO222400015. In connection with the above, the Issuer will request KDPW to redeem the said bonds in accordance with the applicable regulations and procedures adopted by KDPW. After the redemption by KDPW, the number of bonds marked with the above the code will be 7,500 (in words: seven thousand five hundred).
