| In accordance with the provisions of the Code of Best Practice for WSE Listed Companies, the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Rules, and the applicable legislation, the company Gorenje, d.d., is publishing the following announcement: Issuer: Gorenje gospodinjski aparati, d.d. (short name: Gorenje, d.d.), Partizanska 12, SI-3320 Velenje, Slovenia Announcement of the Supervised Information’s is referring to Article 106 and 126 of Market in Financial Instruments Act (ZTFI). The Issuer has increased share capital and the number of shares, based on AGM resolution dated on the 23rd of August, 2013, by 1,005,020 GRVG shares. The total number of all issued GRVG shares has been changed from 23,419,593 shares to 24,424,613 shares. Due to the fact, that one share has one vote, is the new total number of voting rights 24,424,613.
