| The Management Board of GI Group Poland S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), in reference to the current report no. 50/2021 of 16 September 2021 regarding the claims brought by the shareholder Investment MIZYAK Corp Sp. z o.o. SKA with its seat in Wrocław challenging the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated 15 June 2021, hereby informs that on 8 April 2022, the district court in Wrocław dismissed in full the claims of the shareholder and judged the court costs in full from the shareholder to the benefit of the Company. The verdict is not final. |
