| Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Chorzowie [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że 20 września 2024 roku powziął informację w sprawie rekomendowania dofinansowania projektu Spółki przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości [„PARP”] w ramach naboru Ścieżka SMART finansowanym z programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Nowoczesnej Gospodarki [FENG.01.01-IP.02-002/23]. W wyniku oceny do dofinansowania wybrany został projekt Spółki tj. MAGOS (Multiplatform Automatic Genetic Optimisation System) - Zautomatyzowane narzędzie do optymalizacji kolekcji graficznych w grach VR [”Projekt”]. Rekomendowana przez PARP wartość dofinansowania projektu netto wynosi 4 117 518,75 zł, a całkowita wartość Projektu wynosi 5 642 201,25 zł. Głównym celem Projektu jest przeprowadzenie przez Emitenta prac badawczo-rozwojowych, których rezultatem będzie opracowanie innowacji procesowej - nowej technologii w postaci opartego na sztucznej inteligencji systemu do zautomatyzowanej optymalizacji gier VR pod różne platformy sprzętowe [wliczając w to zarówno obecnie dostępne oraz przyszłe platformy sprzętowe VR]. Emitent wskazuje jednocześnie, iż ww. pozytywna rekomendacja nie jest równoznaczna z zawarciem umowy i udzieleniem dofinansowania Projektu, o czym Emitent poinformuje w odrębnym raporcie bieżącym. Zarząd Emitenta uznał ww. informację za informację poufną ze względu na potencjalną wartość dofinansowania Projektu, w przypadku którego otrzymania, kwota dofinansowania może pozytywnie wpłynąć na sytuację gospodarczą i finansową Emitenta. |
