Zarząd Carbon Studio S.A. z siedzibą w Gliwicach [„Spółka”, „Emitent”] informuje, że realizowany przez Spółkę we współpracy z Meta Platforms Technologies LLC projekt o nazwie kodowej „Hermes” wszedł w końcową fazę realizacji.

Na dzień publikacji niniejszego raportu zasadnicze prace produkcyjne nad Projektem są na ukończeniu, a Projekt znajduje się w fazie kontroli jakości [QA], końcowej optymalizacji oraz przygotowania do udostępnienia użytkownikom.

Zgodnie z aktualnym harmonogramem realizacji udostępnienie Projektu na platformie Meta Quest planowane jest w IV kwartale 2026 roku.

Wejście Projektu w fazę QA oznacza przejście z zasadniczego etapu produkcyjnego do końcowego etapu prac poprzedzających jego udostępnienie. W najbliższym okresie działania Spółki będą koncentrować się w szczególności na testach, usuwaniu zidentyfikowanych błędów, dalszej optymalizacji oraz przygotowaniu finalnej wersji Projektu.

Emitent wskazuje jednocześnie, że termin udostępnienia Projektu ma charakter planowany i może ulec zmianie w zależności od przebiegu procesu QA, końcowych prac produkcyjnych oraz procesu przygotowania Projektu do publikacji na platformie Meta Quest.

Zarząd Emitenta uznał powyższą informację za informację istotną ze względu na znaczenie Projektu „Hermes” dla działalności Spółki, osiągnięcie przez Projekt końcowego etapu realizacji oraz określenie planowanego terminu jego udostępnienia.

Update on the “Hermes” Project - Entry into the Final Stage of Development and Planned Release in Q4 2026 Content:

The Management Board of Carbon Studio S.A. with its registered office in Gliwice [the “Company”, the “Issuer”] hereby announces that the project code-named “Hermes”, being developed by the Company in cooperation with Meta Platforms Technologies LLC, has entered the final stage of development.

As of the date of publication of this report, the main production work on the Project is nearing completion, and the Project is currently in the quality assurance [QA] phase, final optimisation and preparation for release to users.

In accordance with the current development schedule, the release of the Project on the Meta Quest platform is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The commencement of the QA phase marks the transition of the Project from the main production stage to the final stage of work preceding its release. In the coming period, the Company’s activities will focus in particular on testing, resolving identified issues, further optimisation and preparation of the final version of the Project.

The Issuer notes that the planned release date is indicative and may be subject to change depending on the progress of the QA process, final production work and the process of preparing the Project for publication on the Meta Quest platform.

The Management Board of the Issuer has deemed the above information material due to the significance of the “Hermes” Project to the Company’s operations, the Project having reached the final stage of implementation, and the determination of the planned date of its release.
