| Powołanie Chief Executive Officer w Atlas Management Company Limited Raport bieżący nr 4/2018, opublikowany w dniu 27 marca 2018 r. Rada Dyrektorów spółki Atlas Estates Limited („Spółka”) ogłasza, że Spółka otrzymała informację od Dyrektorów Atlas Management Company Limited („AMC”), o tym że z dniem 27 marca 2018 r. Pan Ziv Zviel został powołany na stanowisko Chief Executive Officer w AMC. Rada Dyrektorów Atlas Estates Limited przyjmuje z radością to powołanie i cieszy się na kontynuowanie pomyślnej współpracy z AMC oraz Panem Zviel. Ziv Zviel ukończył studia w roku 1996 ze stopniem Magistra Ekonomii i Audytu i 1998 ze stopniem Master of Business Administration (o specjalizacji Information Systems) na Uniwersytecie Bar Ilan w Izraelu. Ziv przez kilka lat pracował w obszarze audytu w PriceWaterhouseCoopers oraz Ernst & Young, a następnie od 2002 roku pełnił kluczowe role z obszaru finansów w Magic Software Enterprises, spółce notowanej na Nasdaq. W latach 2007-2008 Ziv pełnił rolę Wice-Prezesa w LivePerson, spółce notowanej na Nasdaq, a w latach 2009-2010 pełnił funkcję Chief Financial Officer w Deltathree, również notowanej na Nasdaq. Ziv dołączył do Atlas Management Company pod koniec roku 2010 gdzie do tej pory pełnił funkcje Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer oraz Deputy Chief Executive Officer. | Appointment of the Chief Executive Officer in Atlas Management Company Limited Current report No. 4/2018, published on 27 March 2018 The Board of Directors of Atlas Estates Limited (the “Company”) hereby announces that the Company was informed by the Directors of Atlas Management Company Limited (the “AMC”) that on the 27th March 2018 Mr. Ziv Zviel was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of AMC. Atlas Estates Limited Board welcomes this appointment and looks forward to continue the successful cooperation with AMC and Mr. Zviel. Ziv Zviel graduated with a Bachelor of Economy and Audit degree in 1996 and a Master of Business Administration (specializing in Information Systems) degree in 1998, both from the University of Bar Ilan, Israel. Ziv has spent several years working in the field of Audit with PriceWaterhouseCoopers as well as Ernst & Young, and later on, since 2002, he has had few leading financial roles in the Nasdaq traded company Magic Software Enterprises. During the years 2007-2008 Ziv has served as Vice President Finance for the Nasdaq traded company LivePerson and during the years 2009-2010 he has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Nasdaq traded company Deltathree. Ziv has joined Atlas Management Company in late 2010 and has served in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officer till to date.
