Zarząd Spółki Vivid Games S.A. (dalej jako: „Spółka”, „Emitent”), w nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego ESPI nr 56/2020, niniejszym informuje, że w dniu 4 maja 2021 Emitent podjął decyzję o dokonaniu przedterminowej spłaty trzeciej, czwartej i piątej raty wynikających z zatwierdzonego w dniu 5 listopada 2020 układu w przyspieszonym postępowaniu układowym dotyczącym Spółki.
Raty kapitałowe wraz z wynikającymi z układu odsetkami zostaną wypłacone obligatariuszom obligacji serii A w dniu 19 maja 2021. W wyniku płatności Emitent spłaci wszystkie raty przewidziane w układzie na rok 2021, w tym cztery raty przed pierwotnym terminem.
Dokonanie wcześniejszej spłaty kolejnych rat układowych nie powoduje zmiany terminu płatności pozostałych rat układowych.
