| W nawiązaniu do raportów bieżących nr 21/2018, 22/2018, 23/2018, 24/2018, 25/2018 oraz 26/2018, dotyczących złożenia przez Serinus Energy plc („Spółka”) wniosku do Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A, („GPW”) o zawieszenie notowań akcji Spółki oraz późniejszego przedłużenia okresu zawieszenia, Kierownictwo Spółki informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym Spółka złożyła do Zarządu GPW wniosek o dalsze przedłużenie okresu zawieszenia o jeden dzień sesyjny. Przedłużenie okresu zawieszenia jest konieczne w celu zakończenia procedury związanej ze zmianą numeru ISIN w odpowiednich systemach depozytowych. Procedura ta jest w toku a Spółka nadal dokłada wszelkich starań, aby została ona zakończona tak szybko, jak to możliwe. Niemniej jednak z uwagi na złożoność procesu oraz różnicę czasu pomiędzy Kanadą a Polską procedura ta nie została jeszcze zakończona. W raporcie bieżącym Spółki nr 25/2018 Spółka wskazała, że istnieje ryzyko przedłużenia okresu zawieszenia do dnia 15 maja 2018 roku (włącznie z tym dniem) jeżeli procedura nie zostanie zakończona dnia 14 maja 2018 roku. Spółka przewiduje obecnie, że formalności związane ze zmianą numeru ISIN zostaną dopełnione we wtorek, 15 maja 2018 roku, a tym samym notowania akcji Spółki oznaczonych nowym numerem ISIN zostaną wznowione dnia 16 maja 2018 roku. |

| Current Report No. 28/2018Date: 2018-05-14Issuer’s trading name: Serinus Energy plc Title: Filing an application for extension of suspension of trading in Serinus shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in connection with the change of the ISIN number Legal basis: Art. 17(1) MAR – inside information Content:Referring to current reports No. 21/2018, 22/2018, 23/2018, 24/2018, 25/2018 and 26/2018 pertaining to the filing by Serinus Energy plc (the “Company”) with the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the “WSE”) of an application to suspend the trading in its shares and its subsequent extension, the Management of the Company hereby informs that today the Company has filled with the WSE an application to extend the suspension period by one business day. The extension of the suspension period is necessary to complete the procedure connected with the change of ISIN in the relevant depositary systems. The procedure is already under way and the Company continues to undertake its best efforts so that it is completed as soon as possible. Nevertheless, due to complexity of the process and the time difference between Canada and Poland has not yet been completed. In its report No 25/2018 of 11 May 2018 the Company indicated that there is a risk of the suspension period being extended until and including 15 May 2018 if the said procedures are not complete on 14 May 2018. The Company currently envisages that the completion of formalities connected with the change of ISIN could be completed on Tuesday, 15 May 2018 and the trading of the Company’s shares under the new ISIN shall be continued starting from 16 May 2018. |
