| Dividend payment Ovostar Union Public Company Limited (WSE: OVO) (further referred to as “Company”), a vertically integrated holding company, one of the leading egg and egg products producer in Ukraine, announces that in accordance with the Board of Directors resolution passed on 14 May 2019 and approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders at its Annual Meeting on 07 June 2019, final dividends for the year 2018 were paid to the Company’s shareholders on 24 July 2019. The amount of dividend per share is 1 EURO. Total amount of dividends paid is 6,000,000.00 EURO. |
