The Company acquired a portfolio of lands located in the North & West Bohemia regions of Czechia, mostly along the D5 & D8 motorways, totaling approximately 3.8 million square meters. As part of the portfolio, the Company also acquired 50% stake on a historical building located in the historic center of Prague. The portfolio was acquired from another entity belonging to the CPI PROPERTY GROUP.
