The previous version of consolidated annual report for year ended December 31, 2017 filed in the EBI report number 4/2018 was not the final version. The publishing of this version of annual report was unintended omission made by the Company. The company released the report immediately after the disclosure of mistakes. In view of the situation, the Company declares further reliable and accurate fulfillment of disclosure obligations. The Board of Directors of the Company will provide necessary actions to ensure that such case will not happen again in the future.
Moreover, the Issuer informs that the Company has published only consolidated annual report since according to its regulations the Issuer is not obliged to prepare separate financial statement just only for the Company.
Legal basis: Section 5.1 point 2) and section 5.2 of the Exhibit 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
