The store will open officially at the beginning of September. The total market value of the center is estimated at zł.50 million. The Komfort group has announced plans to float on the WSE to raise funds for the development of some 800,000 sqm of real estate and the flotation, likely to be worth zł.800 million, is expected in Q2 of next year.
