The Management Board of iCom Vision Holding, a.s., with its registered seat in Prague (the ?Company"), hereby informs that the General Meeting held on June 3, 2014 in Prague dismissed the current member of the Supervisory Board Mr. Roman Vybíral from his position of the member of the Supervisory Board. Legal basis: Article 3, Section 2, Point 11 of Exhibit 3 (Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market) to the Alternative Trading System Rules.
