| The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. received a notification from Mr Georg Hotar, legal representative of Solar Power to the People Coöperatief U.A. (“Solar Power”), Member of the Management Board in accordance with the Art. 160.1 of the Trading Act. The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. informs that: On 12 October 2016, with respect to the purchase of 1,030,000 shares of Innovative Commerce a.s. (“ICM”), having its seat in Praha, 120 00, Varsavska 715/36, Czech Republic, registered with the trade register under number 24729353, Mr Georg Hotar holds a direct share in the capital of ICM of 50.70% . Mr Georg Hotar acquired 1,030,000 shares at a price of PLN 0.01 per share. The total amount of the notified transaction is PLN 10,030.00. Prior to the conclusion of the above mentioned transaction, Mr Georg Hotar held no shares in the Company. As of 12 October 2016, Mr Georg Hotar holds 1,030,000 shares, which account for 50.70% of the Company’s share capital and entitles to casting 1,030,000 votes at the Company’s general meeting of shareholders, accounting for 50.70% of the total voting rights. |
