| The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. received a notification from Sloneczne Inwestycje LLC. The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. informs that: Sloneczne Inwestycje LLC acquired 1,828,000 shares of the Company Innovative Commerce a.s. (“the Company”), headquartered at Varsavska 715/36120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, business ID no.: 24729353 and listed on NewConnect market in Warsaw on 14 November 2016. Before the date of the above mentioned transaction, Sloneczne Inwestycje LLC held no shares in the Company. As of the date of the above mentioned transaction, Sloneczne Inwestycje LLC owns 1,828,000 shares in the Company which represent 1,828,000 /2,031,500 i.e. 89.98% of the share capital of the Company and give a right to exercise 1,828,000 votes at the general meeting of the Company which represent 1,828,000 /2,031,500 i.e. 89.98 of the total number of voting rights of the Company. |
