| The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. received a notification from Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC). The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. informs that: On 27 October 2016, Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC) acquired 1,969,424 shares of the Company Innovative Commerce a.s. (“the Company”), headquartered at Varsavska 715/36120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, business ID no.: 24729353 and listed on NewConnect market in Warsaw within a block transaction executed on 27 October 2016. Before the date of the above mentioned transaction, Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC) held no shares in the Company. As of the date of the above mentioned transaction, Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC) owns 1,969,424 shares in the Company which represent 1,969,424/2,031,500 i.e. 96.94% of the share capital of the Company and give a right to exercise 1,969,424 votes at the general meeting of the Company which represent 1,969,424 /2,031,500 i.e. 96.94% of the total number of voting rights of the Company. |
