| The Management Board of Work Service S.A. ("Company" or "Issuer"), informs that today, i.e. on September 22, 2021, it received a letter from the District Court in Wrocław, containing a copy of the lawsuit filed by the shareholder ("Shareholder") in a case for repealing of Resolution No. 5 of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company of July 22, 2021 on: (i) increasing the share capital of the Company by issuing new ordinary series X bearer shares, (ii) exclusion of the entire pre-emptive right of the existing shareholders to all new series X shares, (iii) applying for admission and introduction to trading on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. a share of a new series X issue, and (iv) amendments to the Company's Articles of Association ("Resolution No. 5"). The Management Board of the Issuer informs that it sees no grounds for questioning the validity and correctness of the adoption of Resolution No. 5 and considers the Shareholder's claims to be groundless. The Company will demonstrate this by taking appropriate procedural steps. |
