[4]/2015 dated [12] May 2015 The Management Board of UNIWHEELS AG (the "Company") informs that on 11 May 2015 the Company was notified by UNIWHEELS Holding (Malta) Ltd., as Mr. Ralf Schmid's related person, that it executed transactions in the shares of the Company. Mr. Ralf Schmid is the CEO of the Company and the Chairman of the Company's Management Board. On 7 May 2015 sale was executed to complete the allotment of shares to investors in connection with the public offering of the shares of the Company and the admission to trading of the shares of the Company on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The transaction was executed outside the regulated market and its value amounted to PLN 252 million, being product of price of PLN 105 and the number of shares of 2,400,000 shares.
