Paza Centers N.V. (“Plaza” or the “Company”), an emerging markets property developer, announces that, further to its announcement dated 15 September 2016 regarding the preliminary sale agreement to dispose of the Leszno plot in Poland, the sale agreement has been postponed. In line with the signed agreement, the purchaser had the right to withdraw from the transaction within a window of eight months which was due to end on 28 April 2017. The purchaser recently requested that the decision is postponed by two months which extends the agreement to 30 June 2017. Plaza has now signed an annex to the sale agreement which has allowed this extension to take place.
