(“Plaza” or the “Company”), an emerging markets property developer, announces that, further to its announcements issued on 15 September 2016, 4 May 2017 and 30 June 2017, it has signed the final sale agreement for the disposal of a 1.8 hectare plot in the city of Leszno for €810,000. In line with the Company’s stated amended restructuring plan, 75% of the net cash proceeds from the disposal will be distributed to Plaza’s bondholders.
