The Management Board of Planet Innovation Group S.A. With its seat in Rzeszow, publishes the content of the resolutions adopted on 30 June 2017 at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company. At the same time, the Management Board announces that resolutions have been passed concerning the amendment of the Company's Articles of Association in connection with the new issue of shares and that no objections have been raised to the adopted resolutions.
