"The talks have been underway since the moment the Russian party came to the conclusion that it would like to come to Western Europe more efficiently and faster. And this will be possible as of 2013 when the track on this route in Poland is modernized," said Michał Wrzosek. PKP is also cooperating with the Russian party in relation to other projects, such as the establishment of EuroAsia Rail Logistics, which would transport goods from Asia via Russia and Poland to Western Europe.
