| The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. (the "Company") informs that in accordance with resolution No. 1176/2013 of the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange dated 8th October 2013, 13,000,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Company with a nominal value of EUR 1 each, bearing code NL0010577052, will be introduced to trading on the parallel market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 9th October 2013 (the day of first listing). The Company’ shares will be listed in continuous trading under the abbreviated name "PEIXIN", under the ticker name “PEX". Legal basis: § 42 of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Rules. |
