The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with the seat in Wrocław ("The Issuer", "The Company") hereby announces that on September 17, 2015, have send the application to the Warsaw Stock Exchange to introduce the Issuer's series E bonds into the alternative trading system.
Legal basis:
§ 3, item 1 of the Exhibit no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and Periodical Information in the Alternative Trading System on the NewConnect Market".
