("The Issuer", "The Company") hereby announces that on November 13, 2014, acting on the basis of the Resolution 6/2014 Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting dated October 17, 2014, adopted a Resolution no 1 from November 13, 2014 on issue price of shares series F of 1,50 PLN per each share.
