Zarząd Spółki Leasing-Experts S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu informuje, iż w dniu 27 kwietnia 2015 r. odbyło się Nadzwyczajne Walne Zgromadzenie Spółki. W załączeniu Zarząd Spółki podaje do publicznej wiadomości treść uchwał podjętych przez Zgromadzenie, w tym treść uchwalonych zmian Statutu Spółki.

Podstawa prawna:
§ 4 ust. 2 pkt 2, 7 i 8 Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu "Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect".

The Management Board Leasing-Experts S.A. of Wrocław, announces that on 27 April 2015. Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company. Please find enclosed the Management Board shall publicize the resolutions adopted by the Assembly, including the content of adopted amendments to the Articles of the Company.

§ 4, item 2, section 2, 7 and 8 of the Annex no. 3 to the Alternative Trading System Rules "Current and periodic reports presented in the alternative trading system on the NewConnect market".
