The firm is not planning any acquisitions in the country, as it sees no potential candidates. "The date at which our operations in Romania will move into the black depends on the speed of developing a distribution network," said Piotr Kraska.
In the future, Inter Cars might consider further expansion in the Balkans, Bulgaria, and other former Yugoslavian states. H1 consolidated sales stood at zł.847 million, almost 12 percent higher than last year's results, but at the same time, net margin dropped from 5 percent to 3.5 percent.
