Zarząd Ice Code Games S.A. z siedzibą w Warszawie ("Spółka") informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym otrzymał od Slitherine Software UK Ltd., wydawcy gry Nightmare Frontiers, akceptację realizacji kolejnego, ostatniego etapu prac (milestone'a) nad tą grą. Etap ten został zrealizowany przez Spółkę zgodnie z przyjętym przez strony harmonogramem realizacji prac.

Zarząd przypomina, że premiera pełnej wersji gry Nightmare Frontiers w wersji na PC na platformie Steam zaplanowana jest na 22 lipca 2026 r., o czym Spółka poinformowała raportem ESPI nr 10/2026 w dn. 3 lipca 2026 r.

Gra Nightmare Frontier została wydana pierwotnie w formule Early Access na platformie Steam, a jej premiera w tej formule miała miejsce 16 czerwca 2025 r. (zob. ESPI nr 11/2025 z dn. 5 czerwca 2025 r.). W dniu 24 października 2025 r. Spółka zawarła umowę wydawniczą ze Slitherine Software UK Ltd. jako wydawcą, posiadającym bardzo bogate i długoletnie doświadczenie w wydawaniu gier strategicznych, co pozwoliło Spółce na dokończenie produkcji i marketing tej gry. W ramach tej współpracy, Slitherine Software UK Ltd. pokrył koszty dokończenia produkcji gry Nightmare Frontier i jej marketingu, a także jest odpowiedzialny za marketing i dystrybucję tej gry na rynkach globalnych.

Ponadto, oprócz prac nad pełną wersją gry Nightmare Frontiers, Spółka na podstawie zawartego ze Slitherine Software UK Ltd. aneksu do umowy wydawniczej (zob. ESPI nr 4/2026 z dn. 28 maja 2026 r.), realizuje również dodatkowe pakiety rozszerzeń tej gry (DLC) oraz wykonuje jej portowanie na platformy konsolowe (PS5 i Xbox). Całość prac objętych tym aneksem powinna zostać zakończona do połowy stycznia 2027 r.

MESSAGE (ENGLISH VERSION)

The Management Board of Ice Code Games S.A., with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”), hereby announces that today it received confirmation from Slitherine Software UK Ltd., the publisher of Nightmare Frontier, approving the completion of the next and final development milestone for the game. This milestone was completed by the Company in accordance with the development schedule agreed between the parties.

The Management Board of Company reminds that the full version of Nightmare Frontier for PC on the Steam platform is scheduled for release on 22 July 2026, as announced by the Company in ESPI Current Report No. 10/2026 dated 3 July 2026.

Nightmare Frontier was originally released in Early Access on the Steam platform, with its Early Access launch taking place on 16 June 2025 (see ESPI Current Report No. 11/2025 dated 5 June 2025).

On 24 October 2025, the Company entered into a publishing agreement with Slitherine Software UK Ltd., a publisher with extensive and long-standing experience in publishing strategy games. This cooperation enabled the Company to complete the game’s development and marketing activities. Under the agreement, Slitherine Software UK Ltd. financed the completion of Nightmare Frontier‘s development and marketing and is responsible for the game’s global marketing and distribution.

Furthermore, in addition to the development of the full version of Nightmare Frontier, the Company, pursuant to an amendment to the publishing agreement concluded with Slitherine Software UK Ltd. (see ESPI Current Report No. 4/2026 dated 28 May 2026), is also developing additional downloadable content (DLC) for the game and porting it to console platforms (PlayStation 5 and Xbox). All work covered by the amendment is expected to be completed by mid-January 2027.
