| W nawiązaniu do raportu bieżącego numer 8/2021 z dnia 17 marca 2021 r. w sprawie przydziału obligacji na okaziciela serii L, a także raportu bieżącego numer 9/2021 z dnia 19 kwietnia 2021 r. w przydziału obligacji serii M, Zarząd i2 Development S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu ("Spółka", "Emitent") informuje, że w dniu 23 lutego 2022 r. Spółka otrzymała od Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. uchwałę Zarządu Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. numer 178/2022 z dnia 23 lutego 2022 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia do alternatywnego systemu obrotu na Catalyst: 1) 17.939 (siedemnaście tysięcy dziewięćset trzydzieści dziewięć) obligacji serii L, o wartości nominalnej 1.000 zł (jeden tysiąc złotych) każda, 2) 9.608 (dziewięć tysięcy sześćset osiem) obligacji serii M, o wartości nominalnej 1.000 zł (jeden tysiąc złotych) każda. |

| UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION: Current report No. 3/2022 Date of preparation: 2022-02-24 Short name of the issuer: i2 Development S.A. Subject: Introduction of series L and M bonds to the alternative trading system on Catalyst Legal basis: Art. 17 sec. 1 of MAR - confidential information. With reference to the current report number 8/2021 of March 17, 2021 on the allocation of series L bearer bonds, and the current report number 9/2021 of April 19, 2021 on the allocation of series M bonds, the Management Board of i2 Development S.A. with its seat in Wrocław ("Company", "Issuer") informs that on February 23, 2022 the Company received from the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. a resolution of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. No. 178/2022 of February 23, 2022 regarding introduction to the alternative trading system on Catalyst: 1) 17,939 (seventeen thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine) series L bonds with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each, 2) 9,608 (nine thousand six hundred and eight) series M bonds with a nominal value of PLN 1,000 (one thousand zlotys) each.
