| ENEFI Asset Management Plc. (the “Company”) informs its dear Investors about the operation of Síaréna Kft. fully owned by the Company, that the December month's revenue of the skiing season started in December 2021 was almost equal to the same period in 2020 despite that the Company was able to operate the skiing slopes in Eplény on fewer calendar days. However, revenues for January significantly fell short of the figures in January 2021. The fundamental reason is that the water demand of the snow cannons used to provide snow on the area could not be fulfilled with a sufficient amount of naturally acquired water. Therefore, due to the shortage of water, Síaréna was unable to open the number of slopes corresponding with the skiing demands and possibilities. The drought in 2021 is a severe natural obstacle in efficiently organising this season, which may cause significantly reduced revenues compared to the skiing season between December 2020 and March 2021. Síaréna trusts that commencing the construction works of "The Longest Water Slide of the Word" designed to the area of Eplény may also solve the problem of similar future water shortage.
