W dniu 13 sierpnia 2021 Zarząd Emitenta powziął wiadomość, że wszystkie akcje spółki CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. oznaczone kodem WKN A0RNWQ, ISIN PLHOTB000011, ticker: 2HB STU zostały wprowadzone do obrotu na platformie „Boerse Stuttgart” prowadzonej i administrowanej przez Giełdę Papierów Wartościowych Boerse Stuttgart GmbH / Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse GmbH / EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft / Vereinigung Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse e.V.

Emitent jednocześnie informuje, że Boerse Stuttgart nie jest rynkiem regulowanym w rozumieniu MIFiD II. Dopuszczenie i wprowadzenie do obrotu akcji spółki CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. odbyło się bez udziału Emitenta. Boerse Stuttgart oferuje możliwość obrotu akcjami w dni robocze w godzinach 8: do 22:00.

Komentarz Zarządu:

Zarząd Emitenta niniejszym przekazuje do wiadomości publicznej informację, że uzyskał wiadomość, iż wszystkie akcje Carlson Investments SA o kodzie ISIN PLHOTB000011 zostały wprowadzone przez niemieckich brokerów w drodze rekomendacji, do obrotu na Giełdzie Papierów Wartościowych Boerse Stuttgart.
Z uwagi na to, że Boerse Stuttgart nie jest rynkiem regulowanym, lecz zorganizowaną platformą obrotu, nie powstał dla Spółki obowiązek ogłoszenia raportu zawierającego informację bieżącą związaną z tym faktem. Mimo to Spółka przekazuje tę informację niezwłocznie od momentu jej powzięcia.

Zarząd Emitenta jednocześnie ma świadomość potencjału swojej Spółki, a co z tym się wiąże, należy spodziewać się w przyszłości kolejnych platform i oferentów akcji Spółki poza granicami Polski. Notowanie walorów Spółki odbywa się obecnie na Giełdach Papierów Wartościowych: w Warszawie w godzinach od 9:00-17:00, we Frankfurcie (Xetra) w godzinach od 8:00 do 20:00 oraz na Giełdzie w Stuttgarcie od 8:00 do 22:00. Notowanie Spółki na wielu rynkach odbywa się z niewątpliwą korzyścią dla akcjonariuszy, poprawia płynność papierów wartościowych oraz korzystnie wpływa na wizerunek Spółki. Zarząd przygotowuje raporty i informacje poufne w języku angielskim, tak aby ułatwić międzynarodowemu gronu inwestorów dostęp do informacji w równy sposób.

Subject: Introduction of the Issuer's shares to trading on the Boerse Stuttgart

On 13 August 2021, the Issuer's Management Board was informed that all shares of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with the code WKN A0RNWQ, ISIN PLHOTB000011, ticker: 2HB STU were listed on the platform "Boerse Stuttgart" operated and administered by the Stock Exchange Boerse Stuttgart GmbH / Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse GmbH / EUWAX Aktiengesellschaft / Vereinigung Baden-Württembergische Wertpapierbörse e.V.

At the same time, the Issuer informs that Boerse Stuttgart is not a regulated market as defined by MIFiD II. The admission and introduction of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. shares to trading took place without the Issuer's participation. Boerse Stuttgart offers the possibility to trade shares on working days from 8: to 22:00.

Management Board Comment:

The Management Board of the Issuer hereby announces that it has received information that all shares of Carlson Investments SA with ISIN code PLHOTB000011 have been introduced by German brokers, by way of recommendation, to trading on the Boerse Stuttgart Stock Exchange.
As the Boerse Stuttgart is not a regulated market but an organised trading platform, no obligation arose for the Company to publish a report containing current information in relation to this fact. Nevertheless, the Company is transmitting this information as soon as it becomes known.

At the same time, the Management Board of the Issuer is aware of the potential of its Company and, consequently, further platforms and bidders for the Company's shares outside Poland should be expected in the future. The Company's shares are currently listed on the following stock exchanges: the Warsaw Stock Exchange from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Frankfurt (Xetra) Stock Exchange from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the Stuttgart Stock Exchange from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The Company's listing on multiple markets is undoubtedly beneficial to shareholders, improves the liquidity of the securities and positively impacts the Company's image. The Management Board prepares reports and insider information in English in order to facilitate equal access to information for the international investor community.
