Na stronie 7 w tabeli „Pasywa” w wierszu końcowym ,,Pasywa razem” na dzień 31-12-2020 w PLN jest wpisana kwota 18.601.849, podczas gdy prawidłowa ich wartość to 20.379.996. Błąd powstał podczas wpisywania do tabeli „Pasywa” danych, nie został sumowany wiersz A ,,Kapitał własny” oraz wiersz B ,, Zobowiązania i rezerwy na zobowiązania”.
Pozostałe tabele wchodzące w skład raportu okresowego Emitenta za IV kwartał 2020 roku nie uległy zmianie.
W załączeniu przekazujemy pełną treść skorygowanego raportu okresowego za czwarty kwartał 2020r

The Management Board of CARLSON INVESTMENTS S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (hereinafter referred to as the Company, the Issuer) hereby presents a correction to the interim report for the fourth quarter of 2020 published on 15 February 2021. The correction of the report was made due to the identification of one typographical error:
On page 7 in the table "Liabilities" in the final line , "Total liabilities" as of 31-12-2020 in PLN is written the amount of 18,601,849, while the correct value is 20,379,996. The error occurred when entering data in the table "Liabilities", the line A , "Equity" and line B , "Liabilities and provisions for liabilities" were not added together.
The remaining tables comprising the Issuer's interim report for Q4 2020 remain unchanged.
