| The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. received a notification from Mr Georg Hotar, legal representative of Solar Power to the People Coöperatief U.A. (“Solar Power”), Member of the Management Board in accordance with the Art. 160.1 of the Trading Act. The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. informs that: On 26 October 2016, Mr Georg Hotar acquired 939,424 shares of the company Innovative Commerce a.s. (“the Company”), headquartered at Varsavska 715/36120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, business ID no.: 24729353 and listed on NewConnect market in Warsaw from the company Cyrrus a.s., headquartered at Veveri 3163/111, Brno, Czech Republic, business ID no.: 63907020 at a price of PLN 0.06 per share. On 27 October 2016, he sold 1,969,424 shares of the Company on the market at a price of PLN 0.22 per share. Before the date of the above mentioned transactions, Mr Georg Hotar owned 1,030,000 shares in the Company which represented 1,030,000/2,031,500 i.e. 50.70% of the share capital of the Company and gave a right to exercise 1,030,000 (in words one million thirty thousand) votes at the general meeting of the Company which represented 1,030,000/2,031,500 i.e. 50.70% of the total number of voting rights of the Company. After the date of the above mentioned transaction, Georg Hotar holds no shares in the Company. |
