| The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. received a notification from Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC). The Management Board of Innovative Commerce a.s. informs that: Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC) disposed of 1,867,924 shares of the Company Innovative Commerce a.s. (“the Company”), headquartered at Varsavska 715/36120 00 Praha 2, Czech Republic, business ID no.: 24729353 and listed on NewConnect market in Warsaw within civil sales agreements signed on 14 November 2016. Before the date of the above mentioned transaction, Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC) held 1,969,424 shares in the Company which represented 1,969,424/2,031,500 i.e. 96.94% of the share capital of the Company and gave a right to exercise 1,969,424 votes at the general meeting of the Company which represented 1,969,424 /2,031,500 i.e. 96.94% of the total number of voting rights of the Company. As of the date of the above mentioned transaction, Clever Trade Limited Liability Company (LLC) owns 101,500 shares in the Company which represent 101,500/2,031,500 i.e. 4.99% of the share capital of the Company and give a right to exercise 101,500 votes at the general meeting of the Company which represent 101,500/2,031,500 i.e. 4.99% of the total number of voting rights of the Company. |
