Zgodnie z treścią zawiadomienia Xtellus Capital Partners INC jest posiadaczem akcji uprawniających do 16.858.324 głosów w Serinus, stanowiących 14,67% ogólnej liczby głosów w Spółce. W zawiadomieniu wskazano, iż data przekroczenia progu implikującego obowiązek jego złożenia to 9 sierpnia 2024 r.
