| Zarząd spółki Selvita S.A. z siedzibą w Krakowie ("Spółka", "Selvita") w związku z ustanowionym w Spółce Programem Motywacyjnym Spółki na lata 2021-2024 („Program Motywacyjny”), informuje, że z dniem 9 lipca 2022 r. ulegnie zakończeniu okres lock-up (okres trwania zobowiązania do niezbywania akcji) dla łącznie 533.043 akcji Spółki, które zostały przyznane łącznie 440 pracownikom i współpracownikom Spółki w ramach Programu Motywacyjnego. Zarząd Spółki w celu oszacowania ryzyka związanego z nadmierną podażą akcji Spółki na rynku po wygaśnięciu pierwszego okresu lock-up przeprowadził wśród uczestników Programu Motywacyjnego anonimową ankietę dotyczącą potencjalnego zainteresowania zbyciem akcji Spółki w okresie 30 dni przypadających po zakończeniu okresu lock-up. W ankiecie wzięło udział 69,3% uczestników Programu Motywacyjnego. Zgodnie z deklaracjami złożonymi w odpowiedzi na ankietę trzydziestu dwóch uczestników Programu Motywacyjnego zadeklarowało zainteresowanie sprzedażą łącznie 22.175 akcji Spółki w ciągu 30 dni po wygaśnięciu pierwszego okresu lock-up po cenie 70 zł za każdą akcję. Przeprowadzona ankieta miała niewiążący charakter, deklaracje złożone w odpowiedzi na ankietę nie tworzą wiążącego zobowiązania do zbycia akcji Spółki. Zarząd Spółki nie może zagwarantować, że faktyczna podaż na akcje Spółki po zakończeniu pierwszego okresu lock-up nie będzie się różnić od zadeklarowanej. Spółka informowała o Programie Motywacyjnym w raportach bieżących nr 8/2021 z dnia 20 kwietnia 2021 r. oraz nr 13/2021 z dnia 17 maja 2021 r. |

A total of 69,3% of the Incentive Program participants participated in the survey.
