| Sadovaya Group S.A., a joint stock company under Luxembourg law, with registered office at 13, rue Joseph Junck, L-1839, Luxembourg, registered in the Luxembourg Register of Companies under No. B 153.489, (the “Company”), hereby informs the following: The Board of Directors of Sadovaya Group S.A. (the "Company") informs that: On February 21, 2020 the legal proceeding against Sadovaya Group S.A. (R.C.S. Luxemburg B 153489) was started concerning its bankruptcy of (PRO1895) in connection with the non-payment of taxes and fees in the amount of EUR 29.666.85 by Sadovaya Group, complainant is the Bureau de Recette de Contribution de Luxembourg. Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies, and Article 14 of the Luxembourg law of 11 January 2008 relating to the transparency requirements in relation to information about issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market.
