Reference prices for PKN set at PLN 22 and PLN 23.50
A Reference price for PKN has been set. Individual investors will have to pay PLN 22 (USD 5) in the first period of subscription and PLN 23.50 in the second one to buy shares of Poland's largest oil producer PKN Orlen. The reference price is not obligatory for institutional investors, however. The given prices already include discounts for retail players (10% and 4% respectively). The first subscription period lasts from June 16 to June 26, and the second one from June 27 to June 29. The first transactions will be done during a special stock exchange session on July 1.
