He has been active in the electronic media market for many years. Before joining Site, he served for three years as director of the marketing communications department at Onet.pl, where he was responsible for changing the brand's image, new graphic and television layouts as well as bringing multimedia services to market. During the 1990s he was head of music at Radio Eska Wrocław and Radio Zet, and until 2004 served as RMF FM's transmission director and head of the online department.
