(“Midroog"), the Israeli credit rating agency and affiliate of Moody’s Investors Service, has updated the rating of Plaza’s two Israeli listed series of Notes to “B1" with a negative outlook on a local Israeli scale. At the Company’s request Midroog will discontinue the rating of Plaza’s series of Notes.
