In the run-up to Photon Energy a.s.' parent company Photon Energy N.V.'s preparation of an IPO on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange the Company decided not to utilize the services of an Authorized Advisor going forward.
Michal Gärtner, Photon Energy's Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, pointed out: “We would like to thank CMS for its comprehensive and professional support from bringing our company to New Connect as the first non-Polish issuer at a time when we were still pre-revenue all the way to our current position of the largest issuer on New Connect in terms of revenues and profits in 2010Q3. We are parting ways as a company ready to enter the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange but we remain grateful for having had the pleasure of working with the team of CMS."
