PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the grid connection of the 495 KWp PV plant for its client in Zvíkov

The Management Board of Photon Energy on 4 November 2010 announces that the 495 KWp photovoltaic plant in Zvíkov (Southern Bohemia), which was built by its fully-owned subsidiary Photon Engineering s.r.o. in the capacity of general contractor for its client Elektrárna Ortvínovice s. r. o., was connected to the electricity grid of E.ON Distribuce a.s. on 3 November 2010. Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Elektrárna Ortvínovice s. r. o.

Legal basis: Article 3, Section 1, of Exhibit 3 of the Alternative Trading System Rules, as adopted by Resolution Nr. 147/2007, dated 1 March 2007, and amended by Resolution No. 733/2009, dated 18 December 2009, of the Warsaw Stock Exchange Management Board
