PHOTON: Photon Energy announces the acquisition of Polish company to serve as its Polish subsidiary

The Management Board of Photon Energy a.s. announces the acquisition of 100% of the equity of Biogazownia Prusice 3 Sp. z o.o. for a symbolic PLN 1 on 30 June 2010. Photon Energy a.s. will rename the company with a registered capital of PLN 5,000 to Photon Energy Polska Sp. z o.o., which will serve as Photon Energy's service organisation for its current activities related to its listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. In future Photon Energy Polska will also be the platform for Photon Energy to develop its business activities in Poland.

Photon Energy and its board members are unrelated to the previous owners of Biogazownia Prusice 3 Sp. z o.o.
