The details of Correction No. 3 are as follows:
1. In “Section 1. Selected consolidated financial results for the period of 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" the table “Selected Financial Data for the period of 1 January until 30 September 2010" on page 3 has been corrected
2. In “Section 2. Selected consolidated financial results for the period of 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" the table “Selected Financial Data for the period of 1 July to 30 September 2010" on page 4 has been corrected
3. In “Section 9. Group Structure" in the table on page 7 for line items 26 and 27 the country of registration has been corrected from “Czech Republic" to “Slovakia"
4. In “Section 12. Detailed consolidated financial results for the period 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" the table “Statement of Comprehensive Income" on page 16 has been corrected
5. In “Section 12. Detailed consolidated financial results for the period 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" the table “Statement of Financial Position" on page 17 has been corrected
6. In “Section 12. Detailed consolidated financial results for the period 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" the table “Cash Flow Statement" on page 18 has been corrected
7. In “Section 13. Detailed consolidated financial results for the period 1 July 2010 to 30 September 2010" the table “Cash Flow Statement" on page 20 has been corrected
8. “Section 15. Notes to Financial Statements" which includes tables “Operating segments for the period from 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" on page 27 and “Operating segments for the period from 1 January 2010 to 30 September 2010" on page 28 has been added to the report
