| Press Release Luxembourg, 29 June 2018 ORCO PROPERTY GROUP – Intragroup Transaction ORCO PROPERTY GROUP (the "Company") announces that it transferred 80% stake in Bubny Development, s.r.o., a vehicle holding the Bubny land plots in Prague, to GSG Europa Beteiligungs GmbH (“GSG Europa”). The Company will continue to consolidate and manage Bubny Development, s.r.o. Both the Company and GSG Europa belong under the consolidation of CPI PROPERTY GROUP. The disposal price in this intragroup transaction price was based on the IFRS NAV value.
