The Management Board of Leasing-Experts S.A. with its registered office in Wrocław ("the Issuer", "the Company") announces that on November 17, 2014 resumed implementation of the share buyback program, which the Company suspended due to the closed period associated with the publication of the interim report for the third quarter of 2014. About the following share repurchase transactions, the Company will inform, as before, in the form of current reports.
