The Management Board of Property Lease Fund S.A. seated in Wrocław ("the Issuer", "the Company") announces that on November 12, 2015 the Management Board of the Stock Exchange in Warsaw SA adopted the resolution no. 1144/2015, by which decided to set at November 13, 2015 as the first trading on Catalyst market 2.724 (two thousand seven hundred twenty-four ) ordinary bearer bonds series E shares PROPERTY LEASE FUND SA of the nominal value of 1,000.00 (one thousand) PLN each, coded by the Central Securities Repository of Poland with code PLLSGEX00057 The bonds will be listed in the continuous trading system under the abbreviated name "PLE1216".
