| <html> <head> </head> <body> <p> <font color="rgb(34, 34, 34)" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size="small"><span align="start" style="letter-spacing: normal; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; word-spacing: 0px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); display: inline !important; float: none">The Board of KSG Agro S.A. headquartered in Luxembourg _the "Issuer"_ hereby informs that, due to delays caused by the ongoing coronavirus measures imposed in the countries where the Issuer has presence, publication of the audited consolidated annual report for 2019 will be postponed until 31 May 2020.
