| Zarząd Emitenta informuje, iż powziął w dniu dzisiejszym informację o zawieszeniu notowań Emitenta przez Zarząd Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych S.A. na okres bezterminowy. Powodem zawieszenia jest ocena Zarządu Giełdy co do braku legalności zmiany przez organ Emitenta roku obrotowego. Decyzja GPW jest sprzeczna z niezależną opinią prawną Międzynarodowej Kancelarii wykonaną na żądanie GPW S.A.(w załączeniu opinia), Ministerstwa Finansów Estonii oraz Ariregister -estońskiego sądu rejestrowego (Registry Department of Tartu County Court) Mając na uwadze bezpieczeństwo oraz interes uczestników handlu na akcjach Emitenta, Zarząd podejmie wszelkie działania mające na celu jak najszybsze wznowienie obrotu akcjami Emitenta. The Issuer's Management Board informs that the Company received today the information on the suspension of trading INVESTMENT FRIENDS SE shares for an indefinite period by the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. The reason for the suspension is the assessment by the Management Board of the WSE as to the lack of legality of the change in the financial year by the Issuer's body. The decision of the WSE is contrary to the independent legal opinion of the International Law Office prepared at the request of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (attached opinion), the Ministry of Finance in Estonia and the Ariregister - Estonian registry court (Registry Department of Tartu County Court). Bearing in mind the security and interest of the Company's Shareholders, the Management Board will take all steps to resume the trading on the Issuer’s shares as soon as possible. |
